Returns Policy
In the event of a return or exchange
Xtreme Powersports Australia must be notified if the customer wishes to return an item within at least 30 days after the product has been delivered. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from time of notification of return.
Returned items must be in original packaging in an unused condition and include any tags, stickers or associated packaging materials.
Returns after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
The customer must be aware that any returns or refunds will not be processed if the item or its’ associated packaging is damaged beyond a resellable condition!
While we try our best to send out the parts suitable to fit your motorcycle, sometimes errors do occur. It is the customer's responsibility to check the parts are correct for installation prior to greasing, oiling, filing, hammering, or modifying the product or its contents. In most cases, the products will arrive in clear plastic packaging, it can be viewed and checked prior to installing. If a product has been modified it may affect the return. Threats to leave negative comments/feedback on ebay/social media does not help resolve your situation.
Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to be processed.
Return freight charges
The Customer will be held accountable for any freight charges that may occur in the event of a return unless, however, the customer has received an incorrect item due to an error made by Xtreme Powersports Australia.
Reimbursement of freight will only occur if: (a) the item has been listed incorrectly, or (b) the incorrect item was sent during shipping. In some cases we may email you a prepaid return label to return item, or if we have made an error, will enclose a prepaid label/satchel inside the parcel once correct product has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to include a copy of the return freight receipt, as Xtreme Powersports Australia will not reimburse if not included during return of item. Xtreme Powersports Australia will not be held responsible if the customer has purchased the incorrect item or has assumed an item’s fitment outside of that specified in the item’s listing.
